Curative Juice for Aging
Curative juice for aging has been advised here. Aging is the process of growing old during which various degenerative changes occur in the body. To prevent these degenerative changes caused by free radicals, fruity shake helps to some extent.

• Run all these in the juicer.
• Pineapple is a good source of vitamin C, iron and essential minerals which act as tonic and rejuvenatory.
• Apple is a good source of bioflavonoid that prevents free radical damage.
• You may also add black current juice to your diet.
• Cabbage, yogurt and olive oil are all said to increase longevity and slow down the degenerative process, and hence should be included in your diet.
• Use of thyme and lavender as also beneficial.
• High-fibre diet that includes oat and rice bran is recommended.
